This Privacy Policy explains how Quanqiu VPN (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you download, install or use the mobile application (referred to as the “App”). The service is provided as is, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect user privacy.

When you launch the App, we may collect basic operational data needed to maintain the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate device location information. These data are used for: 1. Route recommendation, based on Quanqiu VPN node distribution and network quality; 2. Performance improvement, through anonymized aggregate analysis of regional connection trends; 3. Service communication, such as security notices, account updates or essential service messages sent through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with lawful process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users, the public or platform security; 3. Cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations and processing data only under our instructions. To stop new data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To close your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes or operational needs. Please review this page regularly.
