This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Quanqiu VPN (referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the “App”).

By downloading, installing or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, plans or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting or installing untrusted software.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to the terms of those third-party services.

Service functionality depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for fees or losses caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal quality, local network restrictions or carrier outages. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If roaming outside your home country, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and understand the relevant fees.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruptions caused by device battery depletion, system failure, third-party platform changes or external network conditions are not covered by compensation. We try to maintain accurate route information and app compatibility, but some data may come from third-party partners. For security and stability, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service under reasonable circumstances.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds may be refused if accounts, licenses, subscription benefits or digital access rights are shared, resold or abused.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
